Chris grew up in a military family and was a High School freshman when he relocated to Fairfield after his father retired from the U.S. Air Force. His journey to becoming the new First Assistant Professional at Richmond Golf Club included stops at Napa Valley College where he played well enough to earn Conference MVP honors and to CSU Stanislaus for another 2 years of college golf. After playing at CSU Stanislaus, he played professionally for a few years before starting his path to become a PGA Class A professional. He served as an assistant professional and then eventually served as the Head Golf Professional at Paradise Valley in Fairfield, CA, and most recently was in Las Vegas working as the GM at The Club at Sunrise.
